First, you'd need a competent browser that supports the latest HTML tags. Either Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x and higher or Netscape Communicator 4.x and higher will do. The browser is required to check the HTML files that you create to make sure they display correctly. It's recommended to have both, since both browsers behave a little differently and you can tweak your code to display according to your liking.
